At the Spine & Pain Center of Kauai, our mission is to inspire hope and contribute to the health and well-being of the Kauai community, by bringing more than two decades of experience in whole-patient care to the management of chronic pain.

Our Story

The Spine & Pain Center of Kauai is currently headed by Dr. Daniel Choi.  He strives to provide comfort and inspire hope to the community through the integration of patient-focused clinical practice, research, and education.  He carries on the spirit of the practice as was formed by Dr. Eric Grigsby in 2014 with a vision for providing vitally needed care as a part of Neurovations, a patient care and innovation company.  Neurovations is a leader in medical device, pharmaceutical innovation, clinical research, pain, and neuroscience education.  The clinic continues to provide the best care for every patient every day.  It is gratifying for the current practice to be a part of such a tradition of excellence and quality patient care.
